This past weekend Nate and I got to FINALLY go to the zoo! We had been trying to find a good time to go to the zoo for months now, but the weather would never cooperate and it was always super busy. We were able to make it to the zoo Friday morning before heading over for my brother’s graduation. I recently got a new camera and so I was really excited to take some fun pictures :) We got some really beautiful ones!

So, if you have been following my Weekly Wrap-Up posts, you may already know that I have been on a health kick since April 1st. I was really hesitant to even share this part of my life with you guys (beyond what I write in the Weekly Wrap-Ups) but decided that if I am in this boat, or on this journey, that most likely someone else is as well. OR someone else is where I was before I started, and could possibly benefit from hearing about my experience. So, with trepidation, I have decided to start the series, “Healthy Living,” for you all. This will be a broad series, who knows how long it will last, and will encompass various aspects from my attempt at living a healthy lifestyle.

(I may have been under the assumption that TODAY was June 1st….it’s not. WOOPS!) This week was extremely easy to pick for each category! It was a relatively quite week for fashion in Hollywood. So let’s get started!

This week’s Fails are none other than Kelly Osbourne and Ke$ha. Overall, Kelly’s dress isn’t horrible. It’s not my favorite by far, but it’s really how she wore it and what she paired it with that just ruins the whole thing! (I’m not a fan of her lavender hair!) But her chunky black head piece with big ribbon hanging down really cuts off her neck and is bulky. The dress has such an open neckline that I wish she would have played that up more. This month’s Taste Test Tuesday recipe is a really simple one! I was in the mood for some savory meatballs, but not necessarily Italian. So I did some searching and found a great sauce recipe, and made up my own meatball recipe!

This week I didn’t really feel like there were any funky outfits, so that category won’t be represented here. Maybe someone will choose some odd fashion next week ;)

This month’s Birchbox was an interesting one. I was excited about a few of the products, but some fell short. This month’s theme was, “Beauty Diaries,” which was all about your morning routine.

This week was actually pretty easy to decide for each category! It was a relatively uneventful week in fashion and Hollywood. So there were a lot more casual outfits!

I have an ever-growing wish list for the upcoming few months! I probably won’t get everything by any means. But a girl can dream, right? ;) I put together my wish list as of now! (I guarantee it will not stop here!)

This week was hard not to pick solely from the Met Gala! Oh man! I did pick quite a few from it so bear with me! :)
